You agree to notify 3jlr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 3jlr reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.
3jlr is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You agree to submit any documents requested by 3jlr for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
3jlr accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 3jlr does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits are credited to your 3jlr account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. 3jlr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

3jlr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 3jlr account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The 3jlr Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3jlr makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform at all times.
3jlr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at our sole discretion without cause, subject to applicable law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 3jlr support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply after your account is closed, including but not limited to sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 3jlr Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
